Before application, the appropriate surface is prepared by removing all protrusions from the building.

Tongue and groove panels of high strength are then mechanically fixed to the exterior before preparation of the render. At this stage, all door, window and corner angles are protected with the installation of a shock resistant beading to prevent water penetration.

The completely watertight render is then applied and reinforced by a fiberglass mesh to bond the two layers together.

A coloured finishing coat is then applied. These breathable coats are silicone based, using premium raw materials and containing high qualities of marble aggregate. Water repellent and frost resistant, the coatings ensure a durable and maintenance-free finish and are available in a wide range of colours.

Additional Products and Systems

Blown Loft Insulation

This system can be installed from either the inside or outside of your Park Home.

Insulation is blown into the roof void of your property ensuring a warmer home and a maximum effect on savings. When installed at the same time as External Wall Insulation, Special Reductions apply. Please ask for further details. This is a unique system, specially designed for the roof space.

Roofing System

Using the same panels as those applied to the external walls of your home, you can also benefit from the roofing system.
This system ensures maximum retention of heat loss and therefore contributing to minimal fuel costs. New guttering, down pipes, PVC facia and soffit boards are also included.

Standard Park Home Window Frames traditionally offer irregular window profiles, which can often result in water penetration.  New windows can be installed, adding to the package available.  These have a smaller profile to ensure no protrusion and are therefore more aesthetically pleasing.  The final finishes prevent the tracking of water and protect walls and framework.

Fibreglass skirts are available to further enhance the aesthetics of your home and completing the insulation package. With both the look and the feel of real stone, these features will neither rot nor deteriorate. When installed, they provide an immediate improvement to the appearance of the lower area of the property whilst also providing added thermal protection against the elements.
